Nice place & good food. The restaurant closed 9pm, could be open to 9:30 so you could get dessert but they denied us at 9pm.
We were 4 people and had the suite.
Otherwise, it's a great place to stay for one or two nights!
Lovely hotel in a small town, distinctly German rural setting. Professional, responsive staff and excellent restaurant within the hotel. Good site for a quiet, stress free visit to Hamburg, Nord Sea and the surrounding nature area. Recommended.
Very nice and helpful staff, experienced and "no nonsense" style. The room was excellent and large. The restaurant was also good with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for a stopover outside Hamburg. The only negative thing was that the village itself is very small and lacks all services. The small church is worth visiting though.
Good location close to the highway but still very quiet. The hotel is nice. The food was delicious and inexpensive but unfortently service was quite slow and waiting time in restaurant was a little annoying and the reception sometimes unattended because it was one and the same person doing it all. The rooms was very nice. Little small and the neighbours sounds travelled very much...
Only negative was my room was very warm, but hey - I opened the window. Staff very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was made especially to cater for my veggie diet, had a very relaxing couple of beers in the evening. Would stay again, absolutely.
Not far away from the Highway you will find that typical German house. The staff is really friendly and the price they are charging for one night plus breakfast is just wonderful(70 € if you book in advance!!). The restaurant is nice as swell, you might have there a very nice dinner.
Near to the Autobahn we had one night in this cosy hotel. Good and quiet room, good beds and polite staff. A restaurant with traditional and local dishes of good standard. Can definitely be recommended for a stay on your route.
Very nice hotel with a good restaurant! After a long day on Autobahn is it a real treat to check in at this comfortable hotel. The list of beers and german wines is long and good and the Wienerschnitzel excellent! Strong recommendations!
